Ball Screen Pull Up Jump Shot
For this ball screen pull up jump shot drill you are going to work on using the ball screen, turning the corner, and then pulling up for a jump shot.

Ball Screen Refusal
This ball screen refusal drill will help teach you the correct way to refuse the screen and then also how to score off of it.

Ball Screen Turn the Corner
The ball screen turn the corner drill is designed to work on attacking the post players top hip out of a ball screen and then being able to score the ball.

How to Use a Straight Cut
The purpose of this basketball drill is to teach you how to use a straight cut in basketball and to make you a better shooter.

Off the Block Post Drill
This post drill is great for teaching a post player to learn how to fight for position, but also how to score with multiple dribbles.

Rip Through Drill
This rip through drill is going to be great for working on technique and also for developing an explosive first step to get by your defender.


Ball Protection Finish Drill
This drill is going to work on ball protection in two different types of finishing situations that you may find yourself in as a driver.

Ball Screen Defender Goes Under Re-Screen
When the defender goes under the ball screen, the big man can immediately turn around and re-screen them. This time the screen is even lower the not so good shot from the 3 point line becomes a much higher percentage 15 footer if the defender chooses to go under again.

Ball Screen Defender Goes Under Shot
The ball screen defender goes under drill is going to help you work on stopping behind the screen and shooting a 3 pointer.

Ball Screen Flat Switch
This ball screen flat switch basketball drill is simulating a big man flat switching out onto the ball handler. The big man knows that he is not as quick as the ball handler so he is going to sit right below the 3 point line and give space for himself to react.

Ball Screen Retreat Dribble Attack
The ball screen retreat dribble attack drill will help you work on navigating a ball screen trap and then making the defense pay for trying to trap you.

Ball Screen Split
For this ball screen split drill you are going to be working on splitting the defenders on a ball screen. You will use this move when the big man over shows and the guard and big man don't come all the way together.

 

Ball Screen Switch Mismatch
In this ball screen switch situation you are going to practice coming off the ball screen and having an imaginary big man defender switch onto you.

 

Drop Step Post Move Drill
This drop step post move drill is going to breakdown the move and then allow for the player to get plenty of repetitions at the move.

Hold Off the Defense Finish
This hold of the defense finish drill is going to work on coming off of a ball screen where a defender is trailing, holding them off, and then finishing.

How to Curl Off of a Down Screen
This drill will teach you how to curl off of a down screen by showing you how to set up your defender, the proper footwork for the cut, and then completing the move.

How to do a Baseline Duck In Post Move
This basketball training drill is going to show you how to do a duck in to the baseline side and then finish with an easy layup at the basket.

How to do a Drop Step Post Move
Learning how to do a drop step post move in basketball is a must for all post players. The drop step will allow you to get your hook shot off against the defender.
